February 18 - Lots of love

Katie seems to enjoy when Max not only gives her lovins, but gives lovins to Mommy as well. I've noticed recently while looking at videos & photos we've done in the last month that I seem to be in my Penguin (pen-yen) Jammies a LOT lately. MAYBE it's because we mostly take video in the morning (and these are the only Jammies that fit right now). That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

Here's one pitiful thing. Recently, Kaite has started to say "I'm Sorry", and we have no idea why. She sounds so pitifully upset and almost tearful when she says it, and she'll repeat it over and over. It just TUGS at our heartstrings. We'll either ask why she's sorry (which of course she can't say why), or we'll say "it's OK", and she'll keep apologizing. It's very cute, but so very sad at the same time. I suppose she'll learn the appropriate use of I'm sorry (like, I'm sorry I broke your favorite plate, Mommy) in the future :-)
