Well, we had a very nice afternoon. We went to the Battle Ground Farmer's Market. It's an extremely small Farmer's Market, but it is early in the season and there isn't much produce yet, so the vendors were mostly selling crafts, preserves, and fresh eggs and hand-crafted chocolates. Mom & Dad had to both buy something from that vendor. yum yum!

We then went to the Vancouver Farmer's Market. They had a few more vendors with some fresh fruits/vegetables, several small bakery vendors selling artisan breads, there were many food vendors and of course Kettle Korn. Asparagus seems to be one of the first fresh vegetables of the season. Several farmers had that available. Also available were all kinds of beautiful fresh cut flowers, potted flowers, and some herb/vegetable plants. Momma coulda gone hog wild, but she's not ready to plant anything yet. Something about being to busy with the baby (me). I dunno. I think she'd just rather be doing anything other than working in the yard. We had such a nice time walking around there and around Esther Short Park a few times. We

stopped at Starbucks so Mom and Dad could have a Frap and I could have a diaper change. We all felt better after that!
The weather was very pleasant, mid-70's, so Mommy let me dip my foot in the fountain in Esther Short Park. The water was brrrrrr cold, but I didn't mind too much!

We got home so late in the afternoon that I didn't go down for my afternoon nap until around 5! I slept until 6 (very late!!!), but I still was in bed by around 8:30.
I had some good eats yesterday. For breakfast, Mommy made blueberry pancakes, and I had about 1.5 of 'em!! Along with strawberries & bananas. For lunch, I had pasta stars with cooked carrots, broccoli, and peas. And Watermelon/strawberries/bananas, of course.
For dinner, mommy tried to feed me some of Uncle Ross' leftover pot roast, but I wanted nothing of it. So, I had peas. And String Cheese. And watermelon, and strawberries...... All that fruit, it's no wonder my "pipes" are no longer clogged!!
Mommy gave me a nice bath in the kitchen sink (finally following in grandma's footsteps), and I liked that VERY much. It feels a little safer being in that smaller tub, rather than my bath tub!

I'll post some pictures from our day, soon.
Tomorrow we're going to g'rents for a bbq. Sounds like it'll be indoors, because it's supposed to rain and rain and rain!
